Love its ambient, food and surrounding. The staff also friendly. Once check in, a chinese guy staff was really helpful, then when check out a Sabah guy staff also very polite and helpful. Its breakfast is the best. I recommend others to book with breakfast, plus its time for breakfast is until 10.30am, which is longer than other hotels that I have been to. For parking, it is free, the hotel will stamp entry ticket to get free parking, please ask them if you want to know about it, don't simply judge and say there is no free parking. Thanks for a good experience. Surely I love to repeat this staycation.

Travel with 1 kid. Choose this hotel because it is reasonably priced during the school break and offers a complimentary waterpark ticket. The best part is that the waterpark and night time I-City amusement park are easily accessible, just a short stroll from the hotel. Free parking. The room is good enough for my needs, but the pillow is not comfortable/cozy. The toilet is clean. TV channels are varied and have choices for kids. Breakfast is good and have choice for my kid like waffle, pancake & cereal. It is recommended to stay with your kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

1) location was very strategic. near Central Icity..just 5-7mins walking distance. 2) breakfast was good. 3) room comfortable. tv channel was good. the aircond just nice..not to cold..they provide slippers too. 4) the toilet also nice. complete amenities. toothbrush, soap, etc..hairdryer function very well. 5) iron & ironboard just outside the rooms and there are few of it, so no need to hustle with other guest. 5) the lobby is clean. the staff very friendly. got very nice little cafe. 6) easy access to parking.

The front desk was friendly. We booked 6 rooms for our family staycation. Requested that the rooms to be near to each other and we got all rooms on the same floor. Requested all rooms to have view of i-city and we got 4 rooms with the view which we were grateful. What we like most was the free tickets to the i-city water world (the kids were vey happy - the hotel provide 2 day access) and the variety of buffet breakfast which was delicious!

During check in we were greeted by ashraf and he was so nice and informative about our room and the facilities in the hotel . Till the end we were greeted by chen for breakfast and check out . Soo far the staff there was soo nice which made the day soo special for us family
